Asheville Rim saved our trip. Dallas came out and picked up our rim with friendly smile and assured us he would fix it as soon as he can. We’re visiting from Chicago and have to drive home so his quick service was very helpful.

Asheville Rim absolutely saved the day for my wife and I! We were staring at a massive quote for a new wheel due to a badly bent rim. Dallas was able to completely repair the damage in about 30 minutes and saved us a fortune! He was very responsive to our initial calls and was able to perform the service immediately which was huge because we were trying to get back home after a family vacation in the area. His equipment is custom made specifically for fixing bent, dented wheel rims and it was really fascinating to watch him work. So thankful we called Asheville Rim!

Asheville Rim did an amazing job on my rim! I highly recommend them. I was stuck with a cracked rim during my trip to Asheville and they got my back on the road for my 700 mile drive home to NY in no time. I will be recommending them to everyone. This guy killed it. Great job. Great service. Fair price. I’ve had wheels repaired a number of times, in different places, around the country and Asheville Rim has been the best, so far. I’ve paid more and I’ve paid less but he did the job right for somewhere in the middle. That’s how business should be done. Saved me about 2/3 of the cost of a new wheel. If a new matching wheel had been in the mid to low $300 range I probably would’ve done that. A new factory Ford wheel for my vehicle would be more than $500 shipped with the mount and balance. We also had a fun geeky conversation about wheel tolerances and construction methods. I enjoy that stuff.
